“L'Orto & un Quarto”?
The name tells our philosophy: a restaurant in Siena where lovers of vegetables and lovers of meat find common ground.
“L’Orto” (The Garden) is the plant-based heart of our kitchen.
“Il Quarto” (The Quarter) is the carnivorous touch that completes the experience. Because the table is what brings us together.

Among centuries-old olive trees and wildflowers, our garden is a living space — changing with the seasons and accompanying each meal with its peaceful charm.
You can choose between two green areas:
• one dedicated to sunset aperitifs,
• the other designed for relaxed outdoor dinners.
All surrounded by countryside scents and the warm glow of evening lights.
It’s our way of giving you an experience that goes beyond the plate.
A kitchen that tells our story
Our menu follows the seasons, inspired by what the garden and the market provide. Every day, different dishes designed with a balance between Tuscan tradition and personal creativity.
The meat is treated with respect. The vegetables come from local producers or our own garden and our vegan and vegetarian dishes are true expressions of flavor.
