Alongside the plant-based options, at the restaurant L’Orto e un Quarto in Siena, you’ll find meat and fish dishes prepared with technique, passion, and respect for raw ingredients.
Ours is a cuisine that changes with the seasons, inspired by the flavors of home — but never ordinary.

• Ossobuco slow-cooked for 16 hours, with beer sauté
• Maialino a 65° pork with crispy skin
• Cod fillet with beluga lentils and celery chlorophyll
• Wild boar prosciutto with pear and marinated goat cheese
• Raw beef, artichoke, crispy Parmigiano and gobbi & coffee mousse
• Stuffed red mullet in sea broth with lumpfish roe
• Tagliolino with red prawn sauce and its raw prawn marinated in grapefruit
• Lettera soppressa: soppressata, cheese cream, orange and black cabbage oil
